ACCSCT Schools of Distinction

2007-2008 ACCSCT Schools of Excellence

ACCSCT is pleased to announce the implementation of a new institutional award, the ACCSCT School of Excellence. These schools are singled out for demonstrating the highest-levels of student achievement among ACCSCT institutions. In order to be eligible for the School of Excellence award, a school must not only meet the criteria required to be a School of Distinction, but must also show that all of the school’s graduation rates and employment rates in all programs offered meet or exceed the average rates of graduation and employment among all ACCSCT-accredited institutions. The School of Excellence award is the highest honor presented to ACCSCT schools.

2007-2008 ACCSCT Schools of Merit

ACCSCT is also pleased to announce the implementation of another new institutional award, the ACCSCT School of Merit. These schools are recognized for their efforts in demonstrating a high-level of achievement among their students. In order to be eligible for the award, a school must meet all of the criteria for the School of Distinction and a majority of the schools’ graduation and employment rates from all programs offered must meet or exceed the average rates of graduation and employment among all ACCSCT-accredited institutions.

2007 – 2008 ACCSCT Schools of Distinction

The ACCSCT School of Distinction Award recognizes member schools that have demonstrated a commitment to the expectations and rigors of ACCSCT accreditation, as well as a commitment to delivering quality educational programs to the students, graduates and employers that deserve our best work. Through this award, it is the Commission’s intent to recognize the importance of this significant achievement, including completing the accreditation process without stipulation and having been timely in the submission of the fees and reports required of an ACCSCT accredited institution.
