ENROLLMENT: Register early as space is limited to 85 participants. The school is reminded that the full-time, on-site director of the school is required to attend both days of the accreditation workshop prior to applying for accreditation. Schools not assigned to a workshop, or who are not seeking accreditation at this time, should choose ''For Information Purposes Only'' under the ''Reason for Attendance'' section on the online registration form.
TRANSFER AND CANCELLATIONS: If you cannot attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person or cancel in writing seven days prior to the scheduled workshop. A nonrefundable $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. In addition, no workshop fees will be refunded if the registration is canceled less than seven days prior to the scheduled workshop.
FEES: The Accreditation Workshop fees are as follows: $500 per person for initial applicants, $450 per person for ACCSCT-accredited members. All registration fees are due 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. If fees are not received before the 14-day deadline, a late fee of $50 will be assessed on-site.
