Team Leader Conference

 

The Team Leader Conference provides an opportunity for active Team Leaders to come together in a collegial environment to identify and discuss effective evaluation techniques, providing an opportunity to further ensure that Team Leaders have a profound knowledge of the Standards of Accreditation and understanding of Commission processes.

Team Leader Workshop

The Team Leader Workshop is designed to train new Team Leaders on the effective conduct of an on-site evaluation and preparing the Team Summary Report, which summarizes the on-site evaluation team’s findings for consideration by the Accrediting Commission. This workshop includes a comprehensive review of the Standards of Accreditation, an overview of the Commission’s mission and values, and a thorough review of on-site evaluation procedures. Participants are also afforded an opportunity to participate in a case-study exercise which allows for practical application of the competencies necessary for a thorough review of a school’s compliance with the Standards of Accreditation.
